6th - 8th grade (born 2016 - 2018)

Waitemata FC is part of the 'Western Junior Framework' (WFJ) with other clubs based in West Auckland. Our teams have fun training together during the week. On Friday/Saturday, we meet with the other West Auckland clubs to play small-sided games. 

Training

Our 6th-8th grade teams train every Wednesday from 5pm - 6pm at McLeod Park, starting on Wednesday 3rd April, 2024.

Games

Games for all 6th - 8th grade start the weekend of 27th April.

6th grade (born 2018) games to be played every Saturday at McLeod Park from 8.30am - 9.30am starting Saturday 27th April.

7th grade (born 2017) games to be played every Saturday at Parrs Park from 8.30am - 9.30am starting Saturday 27th April.

8th grade (born 2016) games to be played every Saturday at McLeod Park from 8.30am - 9.30am starting Saturday 27th April.

Fees:

4th - 6th grade FREE

7th - 8th grade $95

7th - 8th grade Girls $47.50

Uniform

All players from 6th grade through to seniors should wear the Waitemata FC playing shirt, which can be purchased from the club tuck shop* or our online store: https://interfootball.co.nz/collections/waitemata-afc-club-shop?page=1

What to bring:

- A full water bottle

- Suitable footwear (no jandals or bare feet)

- Shin guards (if you have them)

- A sun hat and sun screen

- A spare change of warm clothes
