We Need You! Join the Team Behind the Scenes at Waitemata FC

Waitemata FC is proudly run by a small but passionate committee of seven dedicated volunteers—and we’re looking for more people like you to help shape the future of our club.

Help Us Grow – Join the Committee

We’re currently looking for three new committee members to help us plan, grow, and develop the club for the years ahead. We're especially keen to fill the following roles:

Event Planner

Help organise fun and important club events like our Open Day, team photos, end-of-season prize-giving, quiz nights, raffles, and more.

Clubhouse Manager

Coordinate volunteers for our tuck shop and bar, ensuring our match days and events run smoothly and are fully staffed.

Not Ready for a Committee Role? No Problem!

Even just a few hours of your time each month can make a real difference.

We're looking for help with:

Running the bar on match days:

- Fridays: 5:00pm – 7:30pm

- Saturdays: 2:00pm – 5:00pm & 5:00pm – 8:00pm

- Sundays: 12:30pm – 5:00pm

Helping in the tuck shop

- Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Assisting with small maintenance jobs1–3 hours per week, as needed

Whether you’re a parent, a player, or a local supporter, there’s a place for you on the team.
